We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website with the effective date indicated. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
3. Services
WOMEN ZONE offers a range of Women Hais Salon& SPA services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, extensions, treatments, and more, subject to availability and scheduling.
4. Appointment Booking
When booking appointments, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We recommend booking in advance to secure preferred time slots. Walk-in services are available but subject to availability.
5. Purchase Policy
By clicking "Place Order" you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. If the Hair Stylist you have chosen is unavailable due to sickness, injury, or emergency at the time of your scheduled/paid appointment, we will do our best to inform you/reschedule you with a different Barber or fully refund your payment, but ONLY if it has been paid online. Please keep in mind that Hair Styling may experience occasional delays, causing them to be late to your booked appointment by approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
6. Payment
Payment for services may be made in cash, by credit card, or mobile payment options. Payment is required upon completion of services.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or deposit requirement for future appointments.
8. Age Restrictions
Our services are available to clients of all ages; however, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Health & Safety
For the safety of our clients and staff, we adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, and we request that clients follow any additional safety measures that may be in place.
